You must confirm your selections by Friday 20th June and benefits will commence from 1st July 2025.

If you are currently a member of any of these employee benefit arrangements, such as the Dental Scheme, Cash Plan or the Group Private Medical Insurance Scheme and wish to continue with this cover, please ensure that you re-select these options at the required level to avoid losing the benefit.
